Royalty/Fundraising

The Fundraising and Royalty committees work hand and hand by organizing events such as dances, garage sales, silent auctions, and contests all of which benefit SMRA and our charity partners. The Royalty Team serves as ambassadors to the community; they are in the forefront of most all fundraising activities. Sponsorship

The Sponsorship Committee solicits both financial and in-kind sponsorships from and creates partnerships with businesses and other friends of SMRA in support of our events and activities (i.e., pub crawls, inventory items, silent auctions, advertising, etc). The committee meets monthly to formulate strategies for sponsorship development and maintains/updates existing sponsorship materials and relationships, and reports monthly to the SMRA Board of Directors. Membership

The Membership Committee keeps track of membership renewals. The committee also, from time to time, will organize small social events for the local members. The Fundraising Committee and the Membership Committee work together at many events. Web Committee

The Web Committee keeps the SMRA website updated with upcoming events, news and photos. The Committee also developes new areas and sections of the website as needed as well as evaluation new feautres and applications to help make the website be more efficient and easy to navigate for members.
